First on-line assignment

Please sign up for blogger and comment on the first 4-6 worksheets in your workbook in the comment section below. Comments can include things like if they are easy or hard, if you are understanding how to do them, questions, inclass discussion etc. PS- you may want to remind other classmates to check this website once a week since it is required and they might forget! ;)

oh yeah, and would someone make a sign that says "no sentence with out a fact" with sentence spelled correctly and hang it up? Thanks

Posting due Aug. 30th

Thanks Austin. Great insight. With all items, feel free to use any book or internet (unless it says not to) to get better maps etc. The sea routes are important! Good job!

hey i posted a comment and it didnt save it, oh well. The first two pages were easy, i used the Americans book we used last year for the map, but it sucked because some of the explorers werent in the time period and i didnt realize until i had already plotted it. the second page was cake
The third was interesting because we couldnt find the 'private land ownership' our book. I am on the index cards now. when do you want us to have the first six pages done?

Ask Rhodes for due dates, she can let you know when stuff is due... sorry about the "land ownership" thing... but it brings up a great point. The worksheets were made by me following the AP website, not the book. You will probably only find some info in the book that you have checked out. The rest is on the internet, or in the other textbooks in the bookcase in the back of the classroom. VERY IMPORTANT info, pass it on. Thanks for the post Ben.

Sorry, a little late, but I like the workbook so far, pretty easy to understand, and the workload isn't too bad...I guess. Overall I like it.
